Tentative schedule for the 2026 Six Corners Road Project:

Finish gas main and house service installation in the next 1-2 weeks.

Finish grading topsoil in ditches and lawns in the next 1-2 weeks.

Finish grading the gravel on the road and driveways in the next 1-2 weeks.  This will likely happen at same time as dirt grading.

Pave asphalt pavement for road and driveways after road grading is completed .  1 week duration.

Place gravel shoulders, place signs, stripe road after asphalt paving.  1 week duration.

Restore the ditches and yards with grass seed and place a straw stabilized erosion mat.  1 week duration.

Plan is to have the work completed prior to Thanksgiving.

The grass will likely not establish until next spring, so the plan is to come back then and do any restoration touch up and final cleanup for the project.
